I didn’t start Crestline Clean Co. to be the biggest cleaning company—I started it to be a reliable one.
Over the years, working closely with people and projects where details mattered, I saw how inconsistency and poor communication quietly create stress for business owners. Missed cleanings, unclear expectations, and shortcuts cost more than time—they affect reputation and peace of mind.
My wife, Netsai, and I have been married for 24 years, and that long partnership has shaped how I approach business: with patience, accountability, and a long-term mindset. For the past 12 years, I’ve served in leadership roles where listening, adapting, and following through weren’t optional—they were essential.
